Four Tips to Attract Diverse Talent

Many employers recruit tactically rather than strategically. They react to situations or opportunities that arise, rather than planning their talent needs based on their business goals and their competitive environment. Attracting talent takes a strategic commitment – and it should start before the selection stage.
