Bio

Niamh Hannan is a Chartered Psychologist (PSI) and a Professional Coach (ICF). With 20 years experience working 1to1, Niamh works with Senior Leaders to support personal and professional growth particularly in Emotional Intelligence and Wellbeing, so that leaders operate from a strong positive state within themselves and therefore have a positive impact on their people and can create a thriving workforce. Niamh’s emphasis is on transformative coaching to create lasting change for maximum positive impact, not just for the leader but for the benefit of all who work with them too.

Niamh has huge experience facilitating groups and creating training programs and workshops in areas such as Communication, Building Relationships, Mindfulness, Resilience and Managing Stress. She has spoken at a variety of large events, including venues such as the 3Arena, RDS, Aviva, and the Network Ireland Awards Conference. Niamh has worked with a large variety of companies and organizations, including UL, UCD, KPMG, Allianz, Virgin Media, VHI, HIQA, YouTube, Accenture, law firms, and various Government Depts. She facilitates Wellness Matters workshops for RCPI doctors and runs Self-Care workshops for Psychologists, Therapists and Coaches. She was also Chairperson on the Board of Directors for TeenLine Ireland (voluntary position) and was responsible, along with her Board members, for negotiating Teenline’s recent merger with ISPCC.
